Job Order Request

Request for the repair, maintenance and other technical concern must be done by filling up the Job Request Form for services should be submitted at Administration Office / Technical Support and General Service Unit and can also be contacted at:

  • For repair and other facilities technical concern local 4925
  • For IT and Computer related concern local 4919

Facilities Reservation

Request for use of gymnasium, conference Room, AVR, Swimming pool and other academy facilities must be done by filling up the Facility Reservation Form at least (3) Three days prior to the requested date of use, this will allow the department to provide the adequate services, staff and resources for this event and must be approved by the Administration and Support Manager. No accomplished form, no use on requested facilities.

  • Provide helpdesk services for students, faculty, and staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Offer remote support for online learning environments

Educational Technology Integration

  • Support the use of learning management systems (LMS), school management system (SMS) and educational software

Network Management

  • Ensure reliable and secure network connectivity across the campus
  • Manage Wi-Fi access points and wired connections

Infrastructure Maintenance

  • Maintain servers, storage systems, and other critical infrastructure
  • Perform regular updates and patches to ensure system stability and security
  • Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure performance

Data Management and Security

  • Ensure the security and privacy of student and staff data
  • Manage data storage solutions and backups
  • Implement data access controls and compliance measures

Cybersecurity

  • Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Implement threat detection and response solutions
  • Conduct regular security training and awareness programs
