In celebration for the World Mental Health Month, the MMMA Peer Facilitators Organization in collaboration with MMMA Clinic and Red Cross Cavite Chapter conducted a symposium last October 12, 2024 at the MMMA gymnasium. The speaker led the symposium as its discussing the importance of mental well-being by doing Psychological First Aid (PFA), an essential approach for supporting individuals experiencing emotional distress. Through engaging discussions and interactive sessions, cadets learned practical techniques to provide immediate care and support to those in need, promoting empathy, understanding, and mental health awareness.
